Police: 7 Hurt In Accident Involving DART Bus In New Castle County

NEWPORT, Del. (CBS) -- Seven people were injured in an accident involving a DART bus in Newport, Delaware, authorities say.

The accident happened just before 1 p.m. on 95 southbound at the Basin Road exit.

Police say it is unclear if those injured were passengers on the bus or in other vehicles.

Two southbound lanes are closed as a result of the crash.

The injuries are not believed to be serious, police say.
