Police: 2nd Teen Charged In Rittenhouse Square Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say they have charged a second teen in connection with a shooting in Rittenhouse Square.

Authorities say on October 31, 18-year-old Raeese Nasir turned himself into investigators.

Police previously charged 17-year-old Mehdi Fraiji for his alleged involvement in the shooting.

The shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. on October 18.

Authorities say a 39-year-old man was shot multiple times when he tried to stop a robbery.

Police say Raeese Nasir is charged with Attempted Murder, Criminal Conspiracy, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, and related offenses.

Rittenhouse Square Good Samaritan Says He's No Hero

The victim, Torago Flint, was shot five times. He has been released from the hospital.
