Police: 24-Year-Old Man Shot In Franklinville

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police are searching for a gunman after a man is shot in the city's Franklinville section. It happened around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of West Tioga Street.
Police say the 24-year-old victim was struck once in the back. He's in stable condition.
Police hope nearby surveillance cameras captured the shooting and will lead them to a suspect.
