Police: 2 Arrested In Theft Of Propane Tanks In Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police have arrested a second suspect in connection with the thefts of dozens of propane tanks in Philadelphia.
Authorities say 38-year-old John Ploucher was arrested for his involvement in the alleged thefts.
In December, a first suspect, 49-year-old Stephan Williams was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal conspiracy, criminal mischief and related offenses.
Police say Ploucher is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal conspiracy, criminal mischief and related offenses.
The investigation is ongoing.
