Police: 1 Hospitalized In West Philadelphia Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say a man is hospitalized following a shooting in West Philadelphia.

Philadelphia Police say it happened at about 8:39 p.m. Monday at the 5700 block of Hazel Avenue.

According to police, a man in his 20's was shot once in the chest. Police say he was taken to the hospital and is in extremely critical condition.

Police are investigating.
