Police: 1 Arrested For Involvement In Shooting That Injured 7 In Kensington

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a 36-year-old man was arrested for his involvement in a shooting last month that injured seven people in Kensington.

Authorities say Dennis Tindal was arrested on Tuesday for his involvement in the shooting on June 22 on the 700 block of East Hilton Street.

Investigators say on that date, Tindal was involved in a verbal/physical altercation with three males. Police say Tindal left the scene and stated that he would return.

Officials say Tindal did return with another individual who was in possession of a shotgun allegedly given to him by Tindal.

Police say the other man is described as a black male, 5'8", with a stocky build, between the ages of 25-30. Autorities say he was last seen wearing a red and white tank top.

Police say Tindal is charged with seven counts of Aggravated Assault, Conspiracy and related offenses.

Authorities say there is a $10,000 reward for information leading to the identity, arrest and conviction of the male responsible for shooting that injured seven people.
