Pipe Bursts At Old City Veterans Center
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A pipe that burst in Old City Monday morning is causing slippery sidewalks.
The pipe burst at the Veterans Multi-service and Education Center at 4th and Florist Streets.
The water was spotted flowing onto the sidewalk on Monday morning.
Crews are working to stop the leak.
