By Greg Orlandini

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (CBS) -- Off season?  What off season?

The Philadelphia Union are keeping busy this winter, and the KYW Philly Soccer Show is here to keep it all straight for you!

KYW's Greg Orlandini and Philly Soccer Page writer Eli Pearlman-Storch talk with Union technical director Chris Albright.

The Union parted ways with midfielder and team original Amboi Okugo, sending him to expansion team Orlando City for cash. And the team acquired a player, getting forward CJ Sapong from Sporting Kansas City for the Union's first-round pick in this year's draft.

Then, CBS3's Kevin Kinkead joins the show as we continue discussions about Sapong and Okugo and the expansion draft.

MLS teams released their protect list for today's expansion draft, as Orlando City and New York City FC look to stock their teams.
