Philly Soccer Blog: Philadelphia Union Likely In Playoffs Despite Loss
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Philadelphia Union are all but in the playoffs, but not quite the way the team hoped. And we talk about it all on the KYW Philly Soccer Show.
KYW's Greg Orlandini and Philly Soccer Page writer Mike Servedio discuss the terrible loss to Orlando City at home last Sunday. But, despite the dour performance, the team is almost certainly assured a playoff spot. New England Revolution, the team trailing them in the standings, would have to make up a significant goal difference in order to grab the playoff spot.
We talk about some of the performances from last Sunday's match and we look ahead as the team wraps up the regular season next Sunday at home against New York Red Bulls
