Police: Man Shot 20 Times While Eating Sandwich Inside Philadelphia Grocery Store

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police are investigating the shooting death of a 22-year-old man in North Philadelphia on Wednesday evening.

The incident happened around 7:05 p.m. Thursday inside a corner grocery store in the 3300 block of North 6th Street.

Police say a 22-year-old man was shot about 20 times at point blank range after eating a sandwich in the store.

No one else in the store was hurt.

Detectives are trying to find two masked gunmen.
