PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Stephen Strasburg got a kick out of it too.
I mean, how could you keep a straight face when the Phillie Phanatic sneaks up behind Washington Nationals bench coach Chris Speier to tickle his butt on Tuesday night.

The Nationals got the last laugh though, as they beat the Phillies 5-1 and completed the three-game sweep on Wednesday night.
