Philadelphia's Music Venues Pay Tribute To David Bowie

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The reaction to the death of David Bowie was loud and thoughtful around the globe on Monday. The 69 year-old icon passed this weekend after a quiet 18 month battle with cancer. Since then tributes and memories of his impact have streamed steadily across Facebook and Twitter, and even on the marquees of music venues across Philadelphia.

Places like Electric Factory, The Theater Of The Living Arts, and The Tower Theater - where Bowie's David Live was recorded – all lit up their salute to The Thin White Duke on Monday night.
