Philadelphia Whole Foods Store Offering New Bike Delivery Service

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Grocery delivery can be key for those who don't have time to shop, and a popular Philadelphia market is now offering the service.

Whole Foods Market – Callowhill is now offering bike delivery on weekdays until 5 p.m. Orders must be placed before 3 p.m. for same-day delivery.

To sign up for delivery, customers must register online or in-store and complete a credit card authorization form, then email that form and their shopping list to Callowhill.Shopping@wholefoods.com.

The Whole Foods website says the delivery range is Broad Street to 26th Street and Brown Street to South Street. Customers must be able to meet the delivery riders at their door or in their building's lobby.

While delivery outside the standard zone is available via special request, the store recommends those who live in spots farther away use Instacart, a third party service.
