Philadelphia Skyline Glows Purple For National Crime Victims' Rights Week

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Some of Philadelphia's skyline was lit up in purple to recognize National Crime Victims' Rights Week. Four buildings are taking part: One liberty Place, Cira Center, FMC Building and the Pennsylvania Convention center.

Marsy's Law for Pennsylvania worked with building owners to coordinate this week's event.

It's a grassroots effort seeking to amend the state constitution to give victims of crime equal rights afforded to the accused and convicted.
