Man Shot 11 Times, Killed In Southwest Philadelphia, Police Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 34-year-old man was shot 11 times throughout his body and torso and killed on Thursday afternoon in Southwest Philadelphia, police say. The shooting occurred on the 6000 block of Kingsessing Avenue around 2 p.m.

Police say the man was transported to Presbyterian Hospital and pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m.

No arrests have been made.
