Philadelphia Recycling Collection Suspended Monday, Tuesday As Crews Try To Catch Up With Trash Collection

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The Philadelphia Streets Department is still trying to get back on schedule when it comes to trash collection. Crews worked through the weekend in an effort to reduce delays, but officials say the department is still a day behind.

Recycling collection has been suspended Monday and Tuesday so crews can focus on collecting garbage.

Recycling collection will resume on Wednesday.
