Philadelphia Police: Suspect Breaks Into Center City Ross Store, Steals Men's Underwear

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police have released surveillance video of a break-in at a Center City store. Police say the suspect broke a glass window and entered the Ross store at 701 West Market Street last Wednesday morning.
The suspect took three packages of men's underwear and then fled the store through the SEPTA El station which connects to the store.
