Philadelphia Police Searching For Suspect Wanted For 2 Commercial Burglaries
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police in Philadelphia are searching for the suspect wanted for multiple commercial burglaries in Society Hill and Wharton.
In the first incident on July 3 around 5:20 a.m., an unknown male was captured on surveillance video entering the Bainbridge Street Barrel House at 625 South 6th Street.
Once inside, an alarm sounded, forcing the suspect to flee.
In the second incident on July 4 around 4:30 a.m., a suspect was captured on surveillance footage inside the Artisan Bakery at 1210 Mifflin Street after entering the store in an unknown way.
While inside the bakery, the suspect attempted to force open the cash register but was unsuccessful. He then fled in an unknown direction.
Anyone with information on the robberies should call police.
