Philadelphia Police Officer On Motorcycle Struck By Car

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A Philadelphia Police motorcycle officer was struck by a car in the city's Holmesburg section Tuesday morning.

The officer was hit just before 8 a.m. on the 8500 block of State Road.

No injuries were reported, and the car that struck the officer stayed at the scene.

The accident remains under investigation.
