Philadelphia Police Officer Arrested For Allegedly Lying About Suspect Assaulting Him

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Philadelphia police officer has been arrested. Investigators say Officer Keith White lied about a suspect assaulting him in 2018.
White is a 13-year veteran of the force, most recently serving in the 25th District.
White has been charged with tampering with records, unsworn falsification and several other related charges.
White has been suspended with the intent to be dismissed.
