PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Officials say a police SUV and another car collided in North Philadelphia Sunday. The crash happened early this morning on Windrim Avenue in the Logan section of the city.
Police tell CBS3 that two officers and another driver are in stable condition.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
