Philadelphia Police: Man Fighting For Life After Being Shot In West Oak Lane

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man is fighting for his life after he was shot multiple times in Philadelphia's West Oak Lane neighborhood. It happened around 11 p.m. Thursday on the 6400 block of Smedley Street.
Police found a 30-year-old man shot in the neck, back and torso.
He is currently in critical condition.
Investigators believe the victim was targeted, but so far no arrests have been made.
