PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a crash along the Roosevelt Boulevard in the city's Summerdale neighborhood. Video shows a truck towing the car that crashed into a fence along the Boulevard near Pratt Street during the overnight hours Sunday.
There is no word on any injuries at this time.
An investigation is ongoing.
