Philadelphia Police Examining Surveillance Video For Clues In Fatal Shooting Of 16-Year-Old In Port Richmond

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are examining surveillance video for clues after a 16-year-old boy was found fatally shot in Port Richmond. The victim was found lying outside on the 3100 block of Mercer Street around 8 p.m. Tuesday.

He had been shot at least once in the chest. He was taken to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead.

Police say they found no ballistic evidence at the scene.

No arrests have been made at this time.
