PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police have made an arrest in connection with a suspicious device that was found in Overbrook. The incident happened in the area of West Berks Streets and Upland Way on Sunday morning.
Detectives were on scene this morning investigating the incident.
It's unclear at this time what the nature of the device was.
Police did not release any information about the suspect in custody.
