Philadelphia Mom Celebrates College Graduation Of Four Children

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Southwest Philadelphia mom has a lot to smile about this week. As fate would have it, Friday marks the end of a 35-year dream -- and Norma Timothy will throw the party of her life.

"I feel so excited and blessed."

The nurse aide is celebrating not one, two or three, but four of her children's graduation from college.

I am very proud of them, very."

Norma and her husband immigrated to America 25 years ago and raised their seven children. Four of them, Kawana, Janeul, Jason and Nicole are graduating from college within days of one another.

I just wanted to share that with the world."

So she's putting up decorations and cooking.

"Macaroni and cheese."

Recent Temple University graduate Januel Timothy says the party is going to be huge, with 14 dishes -- and lots of dancing.

"There will be a lot of happy people coming to celebrate."

It will be the completion of a dream when the last of Norma's seven children gets their college degree.
