Philadelphia Man Accused Of Fatally Shooting 2 Men In Norriston

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- First degree murder charges are being filed against a Philadelphia man in connection with the fatal shootings of two 26-year-olds in Norristown, Wednesday night.

Investigators say Obrian Lewis shot and killed Marcel Edwards and Quentin Watson, Junior in the Park Place Apartments on Sandy Street in Norristown.

According to charging documents, it appears the shooter fired 14-bullets into one victim in the hallway of the complex, reloaded and shot the second victim six times inside an apartment.

Police say one of the men was dating Lewis's ex-girlfriend and the mother of his four-year-old child.

According to charging documents, the child was in the apartment at the time of the shooting.
