Philadelphia City Councilman Kenyatta Johnson Under Investigation

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia City Councilman Kenyatta Johnson is under investigation and it's costing taxpayers. KYW Newsradio reports the city is paying Johnson's legal bills.
He's being represented by Fox Rothschild.
It's not clear just how much the legal services cost but it could be as much as $225 an hour.
No one, including Johnson, is commenting on why he's being investigated.
