Missing Woman With Mental Health Issues Located in Good Condition

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --A mentally challenged Philadelphia woman who had been missing for more than 24 hours is now safe and in good condition.

Philadelphia police had asked for the public's help in locating Carole Neal, 63, who had been last seen yesterday morning at the PNC Bank near Germantown Avenue and East Gravers Lane.

Neal lives at the Women of Hope-Lombard Mental Health Facility, near 12th and Lombard Streets, but did not return for curfew at 10pm last night.

It was not immediately disclosed how or where the woman was located.   She suffers from schizophrenia and needs medication daily.   A spokeswoman for her residence incidated Neal was been evaluated and treated prior to being returned home.
