Pennsylvania Senate Passes Bill To Crack Down On Illegal Dirt Bikes, ATVs

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Pennsylvania lawmakers have a new plan to crack down on illegal dirt bikes and ATVs that have been seen driving on Philadelphia streets. The state senate passed a bill that allows police several options when they seize the illegally-operated vehicles, including selling or destroying them.

That bill now heads to the state house for a vote.
