Pennsylvania Primary Election: Philadelphia Begins In-Person Mail Voting At City Hall

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- There's a little more than three weeks until Pennsylvania's primary, but it's not too early to start voting. Philadelphia's Board of Elections opened its doors Monday for in-person mail voting.

All you have to do is go to Room 140 in City Hall and you can request a mail-in ballot, fill it out and return it on the spot.

The office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
