Pennsylvania Lifting Universal Mask Order On June 28

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Pennsylvania is lifting its universal mask order on Monday.
The state health department says businesses, health care providers, and other organizations can still require face coverings if they choose to.
Those who haven't been fully vaccinated, are strongly encouraged to wear a mask in public, but won't be required.
