COVID Cases, Deaths, Hospitalizations Trending Downward In Pennsylvania
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The number of COVID cases in Pennsylvania is at the lowest we've seen since August. Hospitalizations and deaths are also going down.
"Despite this progress, COVID-19 is not going away," Keara Klinepeter, the acting Pennsylvania secretary of health, said. "But, Pennsylvania's well-positioned with the tools, knowledge, and resources that we have to prioritize prevention and everyday life and manage future outbreaks when they occur."
Seventy-five percent of adults in Pennsylvania are vaccinated, according to the health department.
