PennDOT Reducing Speeds On Area Expressways

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa (CBS) -- Due to the severe nature of the winter weather in the area, PennDOT has announced speed restrictions for area expressways.

Motorists are being urged to stay off the roads if they can. For motorists who must travel, speeds will be reduced to 45 mph on the following expressways:

• Interstates 76, 95, 476, 676
• U.S. Routes 1, 30, 202, 422
• State Routes 63, 100 Spur and 309

PennDOT is continuing to treat roadways as the storm continues.
