Police: Person Of Interest In Custody Following Potential Threat At Penn State Abington
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) -- Police say a person of interest is in custody following a potential threat at the Penn State Abington campus on Wednesday morning. The campus has been given the all-clear.
The university says the campus was closed for a period of time as police investigated an anonymous tip of a potential threat that was submitted to authorities through an online form.

The campus has reopened and classes beginning at or after 2 p.m. will be held as normal.

"The safety and well-being of our community is a priority at Penn State, and we will continue to monitor this situation and do all that we can to keep our campus safe," the university said in a statement.
An investigation is ongoing.
