Pedestrian Stuck And Killed On I-95 In Delaware

NEWARK, DEL. (CBS) -- Delaware State police are investigating a death of a pedestrian on Interstate-95 early Sunday morning.

It happened just before 1:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes near Churchmans Crossing (Exit 4B) in Newark.

Police say 22-year-old Thomas Killen of Wilmington was crossing the southbound lanes of I-95 when he was struck by a car in the far right lane.

Killen was pronounced dead at the scene.

No charges have been filed against the driver.
