Prominent Delaware County Attorney Accused Of Recording Minors On Hidden Cameras
MEDIA, Pa. (CBS) -- The Delaware County District Attorney's Office says a prominent attorney recorded minors on hidden cameras. Patrick Francis Lomax, 42, surrendered to authorities on Monday morning.
Lomax has been charged with multiple counts of child pornography.
He turned himself in to the DA's Criminal Investigation Division.
"There are nine victims we have identified through the different videos that have been made over the course of years. Of those nine victims, three were minors at the time the sexual encounters that were recorded took place," Delaware County DA Jack Stollsteimer said.
One of the victims, who is not a minor, came to Media police last month with two small cameras he had found in a bedroom in a home were Lomax lived.
A third camera was found in Lomax's bedroom.
