'El Carnaval De Puebla' Parade Returns To Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia's largest Cinco de Mayo celebration was back on this year after being canceled in the past due to fear of being targeted by immigration officials.

The lively "El Carnaval de Puebla" parade marched down Washington Avenue Sunday afternoon.

9th Annual CHOP Walk For Hope Raises Funds For Chronic Health Research 

Thousands typically attend the annual celebration of Mexican culture.

Organizers say 15-thousand people participated in Sunday's festival.
