Pa. Man Charged With Library Lewdness, Taking Upskirt Videos

BEAVER, Pa. (AP) — Police say a man exposed himself at a western Pennsylvania library and recorded videos aimed up the skirts of women using a camera he placed beneath tables there.

Online court records don't list an attorney for 47-year-old Preston Sager, of Edinburg. He faces a preliminary hearing Sept. 9 on charges of open lewdness, resisting arrest and indecent exposure.

Police say Sager tried to run away when they were called to the Beaver Area Memorial Library on Saturday afternoon by a worker who recognized Sager as a man who had taken off his pants a week before.

Police say Sager dropped a book bag containing a laptop, webcam, women's underwear and petroleum jelly. When police searched the computer, they found videos of females who had been recorded.
