Pa. Man Charged For Alleged 'Seeking Incest' Ad

WEXFORD, Pa. (AP) — The state attorney general's office has charged a western Pennsylvania man with attempted rape of a child and other crimes for allegedly trying to meet a family with an 11-year-old girl through an online ad titled "Looking to join an incest family."

Online court records don't list an attorney for 23-year-old Daniel Schulties, of Wexford, whose arrest was announced Monday

The attorney general says Schulties thought he was corresponding online and sending nude pictures to a father and his 11-year-old daughter, but it was really a state undercover agent who had answered the advertisement.

Schulties was arrested on Saturday when he arrived at a Moon Township motel, where the attorney general says the suspect hoped to have sex with the girl.

Schulties doesn't have a listed telephone. He faces a preliminary hearing Aug. 26.
