Pa. Man Accused Of Trying To Kill Victim With His Tractor

DUNNS STATION, Pa. (AP) — A western Pennsylvania man has been charged with trying to kill someone with his tractor during a confrontation on a gas well access road.

Fifty-nine-year-old Frank Oleary of Prosperity is charged in Greene County with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, making terroristic threats and criminal mischief.

State police in Waynesburg allege that Oleary rammed the back of a pickup truck with a Kubota tractor at about 2 p.m. Wednesday along the access road on his property.

Witnesses allege that he then drove around the vehicle, cursing and yelling "I will kill you," then used the tractor to pin a man against the truck before striking him in the face several times.

Court documents don't list an attorney for Oleary and a woman answering the phone at his home Friday declined comment.
