Pa. Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting 6-Year-Old

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—A Pennsylvania man is facing charges after police say he engaged in sex acts with a young child.
Tony Carter, 73, of Warminster was arrested Thursday on two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a child, one count of unlawful contact with a minor, one count of indecent assault and one count of corruption of a minor.
The Warminster Township Police Department says Carter sexually assaulted the 6-year-old over a period of time this year.
Carter's bail has been set at $1 million.
Police have not provided further details on the investigation at this time.
