Overwhelming Blood Donation Response After Florida Nightclub Shooting
ORLANDO, Flor. (CBS) -- Florida officials have been advocating for blood donations, following a mass shooting at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando that killed 50 people and injured 53 others.
The not-for-profit charity, OneBlood posted on their Facebook page about an urgent need for O Negative, O Positive and AB Plasma blood donors.

Another local organization, Downtown South, posted about several blood donation centers in the Orlando area and shared a video showing the overwhelming response.
