TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Overturned Tractor Trailer Causing Delays Near I-476

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)-- An overturned tractor trailer is slowing down the morning commute near I-476.

It happened on the ramp from I-476 to I-76 WB, on the shoulder.

Meisha Johnson says traffic is getting by but starting to back up on I-476.

No injuries have been reported.
