Overturned Tractor-Trailer Blocking On-ramp To MLK Drive

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A tractor-trailer has overturned on the on-ramp to Martin Luther King Drive, officials say. The incident happened shorty after 6 p.m. under the Spring Garden Bridge, causing major traffic problems.
Chopper 3 over Eakins Oval showed the tractor-trailer on its side, blocking the on-ramp to MLK Drive.
It's not yet known how the tractor-trailer ended up on its side.
