All Lanes Reopen On I-95 After Overturned Tanker Truck Snarled Traffic During Morning Commute

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - An overturned tanker truck on I-95 caused major delays during the Monday morning commute.
It happened on the northbound lanes, past Broad Street in South Philadelphia, just before 3 a.m.
Officials say it was carrying liquefied petroleum gas.
The tanker truck was blocking all but one lane. It has since been removed and all lanes are open.
One person was transported to Jefferson Hospital for injuries.
