Overturned Milk Truck Blocking Ramp On Rt. 422

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Crews are working to upright a tractor-trailer that overturned on a ramp on eastbound Route 422, Thursday morning.

The truck was carrying milk when it overturned on the on ramp from Trooper Road to Route 422, around 5 a.m.
