PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – An overturned dump truck is slowing down traffic on Monday afternoon in Southwest Philadelphia.

It happened around 1:30 p.m. near Island and Linbergh Avenues.

Police say no injuries have been reported after an 18-wheel dump truck overturned.
