One More Nice Day Before A Soggy Saturday

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A quick blog for a Friday!
Conditions will stay tranquil for one more day before a soggy Saturday to begin the weekend. Mainly sunny skies will give way to clouds later this afternoon, with a high near 50. The clouds are associated with a moisture-rich system moving up from the Gulf of Mexico and through the southern states. The rain won't begin until around midnight, giving folks a dry Friday evening for any plans.
Precipitation will be steady through the first half of the day, eventually tapering to showers by the evening before clearing out Saturday night. Other than Saturday, the next several days look to remain fairly quiet (A short blog is usually a good indication!)
Sunday will be dry for the St. Patrick's Day parade, but wind will be a factor.
