One Liberty Observation Deck To Open November 28

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Officials say One Liberty Observation Deck will open to the public on Saturday, November 28 at 10 a.m.

According to the press release, the location presents a view of Philadelphia from the top, as one of the tallest standing attractions in the city.
